Customized Software Design

JG Software, Inc. was created to build applications for out customers that will serve their business. We look at your needs and will design the application to fulfill those needs. We do not try to build software that is hard to use, or understand. Our purpose is to look at what you are currently working on, whether it be on paper, or a database, and make that more efficient.

The idea to start this business came from a client that had a very particular need. The client is a fire department's EMS team. They have to help people out no matter what language they speak. We designed a program that will has all the common questions asked to people in need in many languages, that will work on their laptop. It is touch screen, so it is very easy to use. This application will now be deployed to fire departments all over the country.

The concept we have here is that if you have a process that you think could be autonomous, then we will make it so. We take the time to visit your office, look at how you are currently running your processes. Then we create those processes into a database application and keep the same flow you are used to. This will make the move to the application transparent to the user, thus keeping the work efficient.
